Basil Exchanged to General Hospital

Previous Economic Development Minister Basil Rajapaksa who was accepting treatment at Welikada Prison Hospital has been allegedly admitted to OPD of National Hospital.

Rajapaksa was remanded alongside two different authorities in the wake of being addressed by the Financial Crimes Investigations Division (FCID) yesterday on charges of affirmed budgetary inconsistencies
and abuse of open supports and later on he was admitted to the Welikada Prison Hospital.
