Prisoners used for UPFA election campaigning

Prison inmates are being used for the election campaigning activities of the UPFA, the Campaign for Free and Fair Elections (CaFFE) proves with evidence.
In a media release, CaFFE says that the prisoners, who are made to don blue jumpers, are used for UPFA election campaigning activities.
The following pictures depict 44 inmates of the Galle prison building an UPFA stage in Kamburupitiya, Matara, on Dec. 14.

CaFFE states that Human Resources of the Prisons Department are being vastly used for this election for activities including building stages and decorating.
In addition to the use of human resources, CaFFE adds that the Prisons band, vehicles including a Prisons bus as well as flag posts and fabric have also been used for the Kamburupitiya rally.
Chandrasiri Gajadeera functions as the present minister of Rehabilitation and Prison Reforms. He is a member of the Communist Party of Sri Lanka.
