A Trincomalee bound Sri Lanka Transport Board passenger bus, of the Kilinochchi Depot, was attacked with coconuts, by an unidentified group, at 2 a.m. yesterday at the Mankulam junction. This passenger bus was heading towards Trincomalee, from Mullaitivu. When the bus stopped at Mankulam junction for a short break, to allow passengers to relieve themselves, it came under the coconut attack ,according to the driver and the conductor of the bus.
