Party Chairman Vajira Abeywardena said that this conference is important for the whole country and after the bankruptcy of the country; the President will work to bring the country back to a normal state with the support of the whole world.
President Ranil Wickremesinghe has shown the way to unite all nations and make Sri Lanka a powerful nation in Asia and he will introduce a party system that will be able to get the support of the entire country to achieve national and economic freedom along with the new technology needed to move along that path, Abeywardena said.
Party General Secretary Palitha Range Bandara said that many Parties including professionals, mass organizations and civil organizations have requested to participate in the convention and those who can approve the Party Constitution have been invited to the convention.
